Solved: Late 90's or early 00's, female lead vocals

I heard a song on the radio the other day, that was slow, very melodic, with a female lead singer that I remember being somewhat popular in the late 90's/early 00's. Unfortunately I don't know the words as she sings very low and is hard to understand. Song has acoustic guitars in it. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Is that the same song?

Sung by a female from the 90s, soft acoustic sound, kinda sad. She had a smokey voice, very slow song. It may have been an all female band...right around the time 4 non blondes would have been popular. One line goes Something like: "you turn around, I look right through you." but i'm not sure.
