    I believe it was released as a 45 unless it was put on a later "greatest hits" album

    Red face Finally found out which Floyd Cramer record album has "Hang On":

    I finally found out which Floyd Cramer record album has "Hang On". It was on the album called "America's Biggest - Selling Pianist" by Floyd Cramer which includes the songs "Your Last Goodbye", "Hang On", "Unchained Melody", and others. I found this rare record album at a garage sale.
