Solved: I know some of the lyrics but need to know the title, artist and album

I have a song that is on a compilation album I got from someone a long time ago. I need to know the name of this song and the artist who sings it and the album I can find it on. It is track #9 on the album I have.

Lyrics are:

There is more to the song but that's tje gist of it. Please help! I love this album. I need to find it. The voice singing sounds like Amil Larrieaux if this may help.
