Please help identify this song

Hi, been trying to identify this song for a while now, but everyone seems to be stumped! This is a real challenge for you guys so hopefully someone can help me out

Above is a link to the song, and the lyrics apart from the chorus are difficult to fathom. All I have is bits and pieces, with the chorus containing "start from scratch don't push me away" and "laughing at all of this why the hell is it OK?"

There's a few results from google on these searches but dead ends or other people asking the same! Please put me out of my misery
