i heard some spanish song 2 or 3 years ago like machata or merengue, it was some guy mumbling most of the time and it was a fast paced beat,some one told me the guy has no tongue,i dont know about that , he did sound like a drunk man...its something like bla bla bla ba bla bla bla ba bla bla bla bla bla.....i love that song it made me wanna dance and i dont dance .......someone please help me find out who sings it and the name of that song...
