Solved: I cant remember the darn song! HELP =/

Hi!
I cant remember a song that I listened to in in the early 80's. its driving me crazy and I have attempted to find it thru Google and no luck. Thinking that you guys can help a girl out =)

K, the lyrics go like this-and I'm sure that the verses are not in proper order, sorry:

If you can remember this song, it's title and the arrtist, I would be soooo happy and grateful! I heard it on the radio just the other day-cant' recall the station or I would call it. Man, getting older has its disadvantages! hahaha
