Heard song on pop music radio

It was sung by a guy, and the line "You're the only one" came up often. Later in the song, he was singing "Wuh-oh, Wuh-oh, Wuh-oh"

I've searched all over but can't figure out the name. It's not a rock or country song, it's more of a pop ballad.
