Wow I just found the song just before i was going to post here lol.

All I remembered of the song was it was a girl singing and a guitar playing.
In the song the girl really emphasis on the part "together, together".
Its kinda a love soft song.
Not that old maybe a year or two old i think.

The together part is really key though.
