okay, so for years I've been trying to find this song; problem: I don't know the artist or title. What follows is what I do remember of the lyrics

the lead singer vocals are low -sort of like t-boz from TLC. Its got a laid back vibe, basic and repetative. From the early 90s? I remember it from highschool.
