Solved: Need help finding a song!!

Im pretty sure it was released in late 2003 or early 2004. Its either a rap or rnb song. Somewhere in the chorus it had something about a teddybear. In the video it was either a white guy or a spanish guy. In the video there was something about him and a girl being together but all around them time stood still. I know its very little to go on but ive wanted to listen to this song for so long and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
