Identify a French pop/rock song?

I heard a song on the radio in France, and I loved it, but I couldn't catch a title. I could hear some lyrics though. It was a rock-pop song sung by a guy who sounded a little bit like Fountains of Wayne. One part definitely went, "si je le vu," and the word "amour" was repeated during the chorus a lot. Like,

I also heard the word "peut-etre," and in the chorus they stuttered out a word that phonetically sounded like "pu." As in "PUt the bowl away."
