Need help on finding the name of a song.

There is a song where the person singing it says whoa whoa. It's a girl that sings it and it is kinda fast pace. The song is well known, because I hear it on the radio every so often, but the radio station never says who is singing it or the title. I think the girl might be singing whoa whoa yeah whoa whoa.
