Paddy Casey - Fear (Another Version?)

I have already found the song I was after, however it is not the correct artist (because the version I want is a lot slower and has a complete JAZZ feel to it).

The song I found that has the exact same lyrics is "Paddy Casey - Fear", however I version I heard on television (Paid to air television here in Australia) was a jazz version that nearly sounded the exact same as Norah Jones' voice.

Just wondering if this song "Fear" is also sung by any other artists?

I found one website that claims Howie Day has also recorded the song, "Fear".
However, it does not appear on any of his CD's (that I could find).
