Solved: obscure song

I’m trying to find a very obscure song with very little to go on. It starts with the sound of a car screeching to a halt. Then a man with a hispanic accent says something along the lines of “hey baby, take a ride in my Cadillac”. A lady answers “No, I want to dance the cha cha cha” and then the music begins. Anybody think they know the title or artist?
