Solved: Looking for name of song from 90s

Hi, ive been looking for the title of this song for quite a while now. I'm not sure what the lyrics to this song are, but ive found a video with part of the song on it. Its from a show called shooting stars, vic reeves, a prestenter on the show starts dancing to it. Any help is appreciated.
