Disney movie Oliver?

Ok, call me a dork but I've been trying to figure out what the name of the song is that plays at the very beginning of the movie Oliver, when Oliver is in a box and it starts raining and stuff. I remember part of the song was like "Oliver don't be scared... Once upon a time in New York City", but that's all I can really remember =/ So can anyone help me out?
