The actual name of the song is : Dragostea din tei by a group called O-Zone

unfortunetly not, this is the song i keep finding when researching on google...totally diffterent beat chorus is the the same but i might have got the words wrong and lady singing...

perhaps it's Iko-Iko - Zap Mama? It's the first thing that came to mind.
