Solved: Please help with 90's song!!!

Isn't it SO frustrating when u have a song stuck in your head??
I keep thinking of this song from the 90's... I remember the video having quite a 'purple' background.. and there were people standing around like a water-feature??
The song includes the lyrics :

I know the one you mean its got a Micheal Jackson sample in it and I think it's callled "My love with be right here" but I've got no idea who sings it! Sorry!
