On the tip of my tounge!

Hey, I'm new to the site, but i'm really stumped on a song. I know hardly anything about it, except it's from the late 90's possibly early 2000's as late as 2002. I can't remeber any specifc lyrics except that the chorus goes from some thing like "your the one for me," kind of deal, and the last chorus is " i'm the one for you," that kind of switch. They band sounds like Matchbox 20, or something along that line, but I'm pretty sure it's not by matchbox 20. *sigh* I haven't heard the song in a while, but if this sounds familliar to anyone |(i know it's vague), it would help me alot, since it's really bugging me, not to mention it's a good song.
