Default Get On Down And Party

There is a club song that came out in the late 70s, early 80s in which an English woman says in an English accent "Get On Down And Par-tay" The sample was used in countless mixes that came out during that time. I've been trying to track down it's source for years. Anyone have a clue???

Default Thanks Good Call "Get up, huh, Cause It's Party Time"

Do you happen to know the name of the track where the male lyrics (acappella) are "Get up, Get up, huh... (cause) It's party time"? NOTE: It sound like James Brown speaking but I know that is was not. It was used as a WBMX drop frequently and you usually heard the Van McCoy Party (Get on down and Par-tay) combined with the other.

BTW - looking for a James Brown acappella "That's Baaaaaaaaaaad man, believe, believe me, that's bad".

    Thanks again.
