Please help me figure out this song

Hi! I'm looking for this song that I heard twice in Gold's Gym. It starts out sounding kinda like a commercial, with this black guy talking about sugar, then a girl starts singing and all I could get was "you need more sugar darling, you need more suuuuugarrrrr" and then the guy starts singing and it kinda sounds like a Jamaican rap song..thats all I've got someone please help!
