Instumental Peice is mind-boggling to me.

This song has been bugging me so badly simply because i have heard it somewhere before. I composed a quick MIDI of the main melody of the piece. The song was performed on a wind instrument with a sound similar to a pan flute. Alas, I can not locate the name of the piece nor the artists name. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

Wow, thank you for showing me this amazing piece of work, the molodies are just beautiful, but not quite it. I have updated the MIDI to include some more of the melody. Thanks alot for giving me that song though, it is much apreciated.
