Solved: No Lyrics... but this is driving me nuts

NOBODY else can figure this out, and I know it's probably my crappy description.

I BELIEVE its from the early/mid 90's? Maybe a little later.

No words, just electronic music and the song was fairly long. They used to play it late night during Quiet Storm on my local R&B station, but it was definitely not R&B. It reminded me of something that should be played during long drawn out sex scenes , like it started out slow, chased itself to the climax and then slowed back down like a release.
