Years ago, I bought a CD but they put the wrong CD in the case. The CD I got was completely yellow and had no writing on it. I would like to find another copy of this CD.

The first track on this album has an awesome song, but I can only remember pieces of it. It was mentioned something about putting down a bottle and leave the weed... But I know for sure that it would repeat the phrase, "develop a plan".

I would really appreciate any help figuring out the song so that I can track down the album again.
