Are the vocals male, female or group?

Two possible candidates are:

Clarence Carter's R&B song called "Things Ain't Like They Used to Be" and Niacin's song with the same title.

I think the person singing is a woman, and I'm not sure of the genre. I'll try the songs you gave but I don't think that those are it =(
