Intense song heard in Europe +"Can you feel it? help

Hey Gang, traveling around Europe four years ago I heard a great, fast, hard (almost an house, acid song) song with male vocals that I think has to be English.

The chorus I think was, "Can you feel it, like I feel you. Can you dig it, like I dig you. Can you feel it, Can you feel it?"

I've been trying to find this great, intense song without success back in the US but someone has to know this one it's so damn good.
