old song Probably never heard of......

This I think was made in the 70's I don't know the name of the gifted bunch of folks that made it and would really like to get the song for old times sake.
The lyrics are something like this "L is for the lonliness since you walked out of my life. O means obviously love has passed me by.V is for the visious world that tore our lives apart E is everlasting love that we had from the start .... there is, there is a love as simple as a dew drop... I'm a fool in love. Thats all I remember. Back then we used to go to dances at the YMCA and things really got cozy if you know what I mean. Any and all help to recall my long loss life will be greatly appreciated.
