Default Want To Identify An Old Instrumental & Band Leader

Several years ago, I had a collection of "reel to reel" stereo tapes and I transfered some of the music from these tapes onto a more convienent cassette tape.
And I sold most of these reel to reel tapes.

There is one instrumental that I recorded that for the life of me, I can't identify. And the only way I can see how I could identify this song is that if I sent a copy of this recording to someone to thinks they would know who the band leader was and the name of the instrumental. The instrumental has a lot of brass and it has a "latin" beat to it like a cha cha dance.

This song was commercially placed on a stereo reel to reel tape in the 60's sometime, so I would need someone who would be familiar with that era of music, like Mancini, Les Baxter, Lalo Schifrin, Prez Prado, etc.

I would be most happy to send a copy of the song on a cassette tape to anyone who could tell me who and the what about this instrumental. Thanks for any help anyone out there could give.

I am familiar with this type of music so I might be able to help.

First thought at reading this was Billy Vaughan, but the lead would've been sax. Second thought is Xavier Cougat. I studied Spanish-language music a few years ago.
