Song driving me crazy!

Hi All,

There's a techno song in my head that is driving me crazy and I need to find out what the name of it is.

It was very popular in clubs from 1999-2001 (at least in Ybor City, Florida), and I can only remember a few words from it.

It was a girl singing over and over as best I can remember "You, you are the one, the only one for me."
