Solved: Need help identifying a song please...

Hello,
There is a song that has been rattling around in my head and I have no idea who the artist is or what the title is. Upon searching for about an hour and a half, I've decided to give this a try.

The lowdown: the song is from the mid to late 90's (at least that is when it was heard). It's a techno song. Maybe from the "industrial" arena, but I could have heard a remix so I'm not sure of the original. The guy speaking the lyrics has a synthesized voice with some distortion. He doesn't sound like a computer...just weird with distortion.

The lyrics: they are spoken in a fast flowing style. All I can remember is that the lyrics were all abbreviations/initialisms in the form of 3 letters. Now these lyrics are not in any order, just given as an example. They were rattled off one after the other...here goes.

"MIA
PCP
FBI
KGB
JFK
LSD
SAM
RIP"

and I believe the "RIP" was repeated a few times. there were many many more initialisms in the song but this is just an example...
