This song is tough

hi i heard this song on the radio, they didn't say it but it starts out with a riff similar to hit me with your best shot-pat benator, it sounds like it could be blondie, joan jett, roxette, and maybe heart, i has a really catchy chorus except i forget it, the only words i can remember is i think its says something like "she doesn't really know" "mommy and daddy is in there and thats all i know really if anyone could help thatd be great
