Solved: Whats the tittle of this song?

Hi i ve been trying to find this song's name 8 years now and no luck! just saw its video clip only 1 time at TV but i dont remember the lyrics. the video clip was pretty remarkable cause there was a guy doing some bmx/haro stunts - tricks while throwing newspapers to his neigborhood while riding his bike . it is a track of 2000 . anyway the whole song had a dynamic style !
if anyway knows plz post the name or the artist i wanna listen it again .

all songs of this kind coming to my mind have boys actually skating rather than on a bike.. maybe it's some "The Offspring" song or something like this...
