Help!

I've been looking for a certain song for YEARS now. It was on a trance mix CD from 2001 but I can't remember the nakme of the song or the artists on the cd. However.. either track 3 or 4 on the CD starts out with a male voice saying: "The World is Yours". Anybody know this song???
