Solved: Obscure 80's song

So far this song only continues to exist in my head, I recorded this song from the radio sometime in the mid 1980's and listened to it often. I can clearly remember the chorus but do not know the title or artist. Any help or clues would be much appreciated!

The tempo of this song was very fast and was dominated by keyboards.
