found on my tape, don't know the artist or the song

I have a wonderful song back from end 1980s beginning of 1990s, sort of like trance. it is being sung by a male singer with the rhythms of early techno or trance
I don't know the name of the artist nor song. The lyrics are follows:

they fit the musical description and also the male voice... but i cant find such a song..
