Solved: It has an amazing beat to it....

I'm having trouble knowing the title or artist of this song. It starts with a funky 80's style beat then a female artist sings something on the lines of "move your body..to the beat of the music ohh...yeah yeah yeah." This is the chorus. The rest is sang by a male hip-hop artist. The lyrics seem incredibly short but the beat of the music make up for this. This song is very popular dance/hip-hop track and its sort of glued in my head after hearing it many times on the radio. Can someone help me out?
