Solved: Please Help me Find this techno Song!!

Hey,
I've been trying to find this song for FOREVER!
Its a techno song with a lady singing in it. She sounds like Shakira.
Some of the lyrics are:
-"You can not deny"
-"I will always end"
-"I want you to stand"
-"I don't see a change"
-"I took you home when your way too drunk."
And In the chorus, she sings "So I can Wait" quite a few times.
Its such a good song and I can't find it ANYWHERE!
