Does anyone know this song????

I've been trying to find this song for a few months with no luck yet. I've heard it a couple of times on the radio (the last time was 2 months ago) but they didn't say the title or the artist. I remember that it was a male voice and it said something about someone forgetting or giving up their dreams. I think that was in the chorus, but I'm not sure. Also, the song was kinda sad but not too slow.

That's all the info I can think of right now. I hope someone can help, this has been nagging me since I started looking for it. Thanks!!

I think it had the line "forgetting their/her dreams" or something that sounded a lot like that in the chorus, right after saying something about "their/her life". The last time I listened to it I was in a shop and couldn't understand it very well, that's all I remember from the parts I did understand.

Anyone has any other ideas? It's really bothering me not being able to find the song. I've been listening to the radio to see if it comes up again but I don't know the station they had in the shop where I heard it last time. I'm not an expert in music genres and stuff so I can't really say which one it is. Also, I have it in my head but can't sing it myself.

Nope, sorry. It was darker (I couldn't think of a better word to describe it, sorry ) but not gothic or something like that.
