    Can anyone remember the song and singer to this video clip which came out last year or the year before?

    The artist has black hair and was possibly from U.K..in the video clip she was walking around a park/city with a band following behind her?

    Everyone was talking about this clip.. but I think she may have been a one hit wonder?

    Nope it wasnt lily..thanks for replying tho..

    I remember alot of balloons and it was like a theme park setting?
    She may have been American?
