i was over at one of my friends house about a month ago and he let me listen to a song,it sounded like chris daughtry but it wasnt and ive been trying to search it for about 3 hours now but i have nothing so far... it is talking about two people who fall in love at a young age and at the very end of the song it is telling you how the woman dies in her hospital bed and when the nurse walks in the man is dead also

please help me someone

ps. my friend is on vacation and i would really like to play this song at my mothers wake, i have about 9 hours to find it or ill have to find another song
