Heard this song on KROQ's Sunday evening reggae segment back in the 80's. I can only remember certain lyrics from this song and the singer sounds like it could be Pinchers. The lyrics are:

"I gotta wonderful mommy, I gotta wonderful Daddy yes"....."move every muscle...I can't stand the pain...."Mama use to tell me...."

THAT'S IT...This sounds like a tough one to identify with the limited lyrics and all, but SOMEONE out there has to know...Please help...been buggin ever since to know...I definitely will be feelin irie once I know...THANKS
