Solved: Need Help Please Finding This Song!!!!

So there's this song I use to hear an old friend's mum play on her CD about 6 years ago it was dance like music drum and bass kind of, but not really fast but not slow either it was a good 2 minutes before the women singer came in and started singing the only lyrics i can remember are

'i know i should not love you' 'should not hold you tight' 'should not stay here by your side' and something something 'in the morning light'

not sure if those are the EXACT words but it has very similar words to those
