Anybody can help me remembering this song??

i watched this clip about 10 yrs ago..
i dont remember anything about the song, the lyrics, and even the singer (but it was a female singer)..

all i remember it was soft and sad song.. and the singer was crying, and she was wearing a red (maybe silky) dress, and she was singing on a stage, and aloooot of ppl are there.. she was white skinned.. and i think she's really famous these days..

i know its almost impossible to find it..

but im counting on u guys..
