Ok, I loved this song, but it disappeared from the radio, and then my mind. Heard at a party around Christmas time, went insane, but forgot it again. FINALLY I remembered the beat, problem is, I'm not even sure if these lyrics are correct. I live in Chicago and heard this song some time between 2000 and 2005 I think, on the radio station Q101, but no luck there either. I thought it was The Used, or AFI, but it's not (I think)I'll type what I think the lyrics are, feel free to use your imaginations to figure it out, and try not to laugh.

    it's like:
"and you saaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy, say there is no reason...
and you saaayyyyyyy, it(?) is not enough,
and you saaayyyyyyy we don't need a reason(this is butchered I think)
    to faaaall innn love!

    heavy guitar riff.

    THANKS

    Last Train Home by Lostprophets?

It sounds vaguely like AFI/ The Used. The lyrics are similar if you replace "say" with "sing"...

    excerpts from the lyrics:

    But we sing
    If were going nowhere
    Yeah, we sing
    If its not enough
    And we sing
    Sing without a reason
    To ever fall in love

followed by a "heavy guitar riff"
