I'm looking for a song ending with the text:

A male singer sings this repeatedly three times.
It sounds a little bit like "Aztec camera", "Housemartins", "Fiction factory" etc, but I'm quite sure it's not from one of these bands. Who can help me out?

No, it's not the one, but thanks anyway.
The song I'm looking for sounds a little bit sweet, with bells-alike synth-sounds. More like "Feels like heaven" from "Fiction factory"

It's not exactly the lyrics that you said and is from mid '90s, but the style, I think, is like Housemartins.

No, it's a fantastic single but that's not the one. The song I'm looking for is softer. I heard it round 1989 / 1990.
A little bit like "Emotion in motion" from "Ric Ocasek" but with another singer.
