Can't figure out song with thunderstorm and rain throughout

The song I'm trying to identify is sung by a man speaking some language I do not recognize. I think it is not English, Italian, German, or French. In the beginning of the song there is the sound of thunder, then rain. It rains throughout the whole song. The man doesn't sing right away. I think there is only guitar, drums, and a harpsichord type sound. It is a slow song. It ends with thunder. It is 6 and a half minutes long. I like the song and wish to know the name and who sings it.
