An rnb type song (heard it last year)

Hey I've been trying to track this song down for a long time but had no luck. A guy sings it, his voice sounds like that of Ne-Yo, Mario, or Mario Winans. The song opens with him saying something in Spanish; I could only catch one word (or maybe not since I don't speak spanish) cinque. And then he sings something about being alone or lonely and then shutting the door that was open or something like that. It's a bit sappy; I think he's singing about a breakup but I fell in love with the music. I'm sorry for being vague but that's all I caught from it It sounds like Ne-Yo or Mario or Mario winans may have been singing the song. It's their styles combined? Please help!
