techno/club song "All my girls get down"

I heard a song where the lyrics simply are "All my girls get down" and then a techno beat (or maybe electro/house, I'm not too sure about the definitions). The singer is a woman, and she might have an eastern european accent, but I'm not sure. I heard it in London a few weeks ago, so I guess it's new.

Is this enough for an identification? I hope so.

It was not some kind of remix from : Fergie - London Bridge ? Just a stab in the dark...
