Need help with song

It's an old Heartthrob/Latin freestyle song from back in the 80's. It was out around the same time "In love with love" by Debbie Harry was released...around '86-'87. The song is called "Come back to me"; yeah, there were a million songs with that title back then. I only know part of the lyrics; need the artists name, and if possible, where I can download/buy this single.

These are the lyrics I remember:

I know that is part of the chorus, and I have the damn music in my head, but for the life of me I can't remember the rest. If there are some old or new schoolers out there that can help me with this dilemma I'd be forever appreciative.
