desperatly seeking tune early 90s techno

Hopefully someone out there can help me solve many years of searching for this song. Its an early 90s techno/industrial club song. I have been lookin' for it years! had it on an old cassette....recently found it on a megamix..but want to know the name of the song or artist to try and locate it in a full version. If anyone can help...you would be my music god!!! Thanks!!!

KUDOS!!! THANK YOU BOTH!!!...WE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK...HOWEVER.....EEEK... would you all know what techno version is the one that was posted is??? That is actually what i'm looking for,.....the dance techno version...is it by Todd Terry also??? It sounds (reminds me) of like a factory.
